SiteBox Dashboard is your all-in-one control panel designed to streamline the management of your SiteBox hosting services, products, and add-ons. With an intuitive interface and powerful features, the SiteBox Dashboard simplifies the administration of your hosting environment, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient website management.

The initial account within the company context is set up by SiteBox representatives following the signing of an agreement. From there, administrators can create additional accounts for both administrators and regular users directly through the SiteBox Dashboard.

User management

User management in the SiteBox Dashboard enables adding users within the company context and assigning them to projects and environments with customized permissions. It also facilitates adding and managing users in SiteBox Identity and SiteBox Enclave.

Projects and environments

The SiteBox Dashboard allows the creation and management of projects and environments, streamlining your overall hosting resource administration.

SiteBox Enclave

SiteBox Enclave restricts website access at the edge layer, applying limitations based on IP address, geographical location, or request details. It might also limit access only to SiteBox Identity users with proper permissions.

Domains management

The Domains functionality in the SiteBox Dashboard supports:

• adding and managing domains, including multisites and front-end experiences,
• viewing DNS settings status and details,
• managing SiteBox-provided or custom certificates,
• initiating search and replace operations.

Analytics and statistics

Analytics in the SiteBox Dashboard offers usage statistics monitoring for projects and environments, including RealVisits, RealUsage, and VM resource consumption.

Billing details

The Billing feature provides insights into resource spending and allows for the preview of payment methods.

Cache management

Cache management in the SiteBox Dashboard includes:

• managing edge, origin, and media cache and its settings,
• flushing all caches.

Redirects management

Redirects management allows for creating and managing redirects applied at the edge layer.

Git integration

The Git integration feature in the SiteBox Dashboard manages connected Git repositories or associated branches.

Snapshot management

Snapshots functionality provides:

• a control panel for managing automatic database and media library backups,
• an interface for importing internal or external backups,
• the ability to initiate search and replace operations.

Environment logs

The Logs feature displays nginx and error logs, with compliance logs coming soon.

Environment deployments

Deployments management in the SiteBox Dashboard enables:

• triggering deployments for WordPress and front-end environments, connecting with a git repository and WordPress data provider,
• starting CI workflows using webhooks (coming soon),
• viewing deployments logs.

Environment maintenance

Core Maintenance allows for control over PHP and WordPress versions. Plugins Maintenance in the SiteBox Dashboard displays a list of all plugins and their versions in the environment and offers the ability to update plugin versions (coming soon).
